Construction progressed steadily this week, with interior demolition largely completed and the primary structural framing now exposed. This allows the team to assess existing conditions and prepare for upcoming structural work.
From the front of the building, the full height of the main theater space is now visible, including the original curved roof framing.
Exterior siding removal is also underway to support structural upgrades and integration with new construction. The Park Theater sign remains in place, but the neon is safely in off-site storage.
Site work continues in front of the building, including excavation and material staging.
Overall, the project will begin the transition from demolition to structural improvements.
Below are a few photos from the site this week.
