In 1941, the Park Theater came into being out of a desire for arts, culture, entertainment — and community — in downtown Lafayette.
That as 1941 – this is now – and the goal for a vibrant downtown has not changed. The Park Theater can light up Lafayette again, but to bring it back to life, we need community. WE NEED YOU!
See our vision here. Together, we can create a downtown space designed to entertain and engage us all. Together, let’s light up the Park … and light up Lafayette!

The Park Theater is good for business! Join other local businesses and the City of Lafayette in bringing the Park Theater back to life. There are amazing perks for our business partners based on your level of giving that will show the community that you care.
Create a Legacy for you and your family that celebrates your connection to the Park Theater. Generous donation levels come with increased recognition and one-of-a-kind rewards and perks.
To encourage philanthropy and support their communities, many companies “match” charitable contributions made by employees. If your employer offers this program, ask your HR department for a matching gift form to send to The Park Theater Trust along with your donation.
