Work at the Park Theater has moved beyond demolition and into the early stages of rebuilding. With the interior cleared, the full size and shape of the original structure are now visible, including the exposed wood framing, balcony, and roof system. The open front of the building offers a clear view through the space, highlighting how much material has been removed to prepare for the next phase.

Crews are now focused on the groundwork to support the new structure, including digging trenches, preparing for utilities, and preparing the foundation areas.  The theater’s vertical sign and portions of the exterior are still standing, providing a nice, familiar connection to the building’s past as the project continues to take shape. Big changes expected next week!
